This year, one warehouse logistics specialist, six industrial clerks, one building materials tester, three chemical technicians, one paint laboratory technician, one chemical production specialist, one chemical laboratory technician and one forwarding clerkare starting their careers. ‘I'm looking forward to learning new things, gaining lots of insights and actively participating in what's happening at the company,’ says Paula Puls, prospective industrial clerk, adding: ’We apprentices have been very well received and have had a contact person to guide us on our way right from the start.’

An important building block

Training at MC lasts two to three and a half years, during which the trainees spend time in all relevant areas of the company and are quickly integrated into day-to-day business. They take on responsibility early on and work actively as part of the respective teams right from the start. For years, the training of junior staff has been an important component of HR work and indispensable for the further development of the company. After successfully completing their training, they have good career prospects and many former trainees have continued their careers at MC.

We extend our warmest welcome to them and look forward to sharing their successes at MC!
