Tomasz Falkowski is new Regional Chief Operations Officer

Tomasz Falkowski graduated from the University of Economics in Poznan, Poland, in 2004 with a Master's degree in Capital Investment. He started his career in a private equity company in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial controlling in the real estate and energy sectors in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2006, he moved to one of the world's largest producers of building materials, where he joined the strategy department in Poland. He held various positions there, including Strategy Manager for Ukraine and Regional Manager in Strategic Marketing for the Central Eastern Europe region. In 2012, Falkowski was appointed Group Commercial Performance Director at the global headquarters, where he was responsible for a portfolio of 40 countries and over 150 local markets. After more than five years, he returned to Poland in 2018 to dedicate himself to the development of a new business segment in the construction chemicals sector as Managing Director and M&A Director, where he worked until his move to MC-Bauchemie.

After graduating with a Master's degree, Tomasz Falkowski continued his education over the years, completing several postgraduate programmes, including Supply Chain Management at MIT Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Quarry Management at the University of Leicester, Corporate Strategy at INSEAD Business School in France and Executive Leadership at IMD Business School in Switzerland.
